Material and Content
The material and content contained within backtowork.store is made available for your personal non-commercial use only. You may, if necessary to make a purchase, download content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. You and any third party are prohibited to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.
Terms of Service
1. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order. backtowork.store retains the right to accept or reject before processing the order. A despatch email will confirm the contract once payment is approved, prices verified and the order has been processed and despatched.
2. Payment, Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the website are accurate and current, however errors can occur. If there are any errors, we aim to update the website as soon as possible.
If an item is not available, we will endeavour to contact you before the quoted delivery time expires. If we are not able to offer a suitable date for delivery, we will happily cancel your order.

4. Fair Purchase Policy

As mainly a B2B webstore all of our prices are exclusive of VAT, this is added at checkout and a breakdown is included in your invoice. Orders sent to any other countries may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes – these are your responsibility and not included in the price that you pay to backtowork.store.
We are not involved in any VAT refund schemes and will not be able to process a VAT refund for items delivered within the EU.
Freight Forwarding Companies
backtowork.store do not deliver to freight forwarding companies. If you place an order to a freight forwarding company we reserve the right to refuse your order and will be unable to offer any aftersales service including delivery support. The bike will not be covered by any warranty.
6. Right to cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days. To cancel your order please contact our customer service team on +44 (0) 20 8232 6865. Please ensure you retain possession of your order and take reasonable care of it. Backtowork.store retains the right to inspect any returns and deduct monies for wear and tear or damage, including where the item has been either checked or used.
BacktoWork.store will accept returns for faulty goods or incorrect orders, provided the request for a return is made within the statutory 14 days after you receive the order. You then have 14 days in which to return the goods in the same condition that you received them. Please see our full terms here
